clean fitted sheet (twin or full)
warm blanket (optional)
1-2 thin pillow w/case

What you need to wear

Athletic underwear

sports bra (no racerback)
underwear
boxer-briefs

Additional options for modesty/comfort

loose fitting jogging shorts (5" inseam max)
loose fitting cotton tank top
robe for bathroom breaks
