She is a fully certified basic practitioner in the traditional ROLF METHOD of STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION. 

She studied under 2 of the greatest living teachers of the Rolf Method

Alycia comes from a 15 year career as a certified professional WHITEWATER RAFTING, SWIFTWATER RESCUE and ALPINE SKIING instructor and guide. Her passion for sports and outdoor education  have taken her around the world in pursuit of beautiful rivers, mountains, friendship and testing the limits of her body and mind.
