Get ready for your session
What I provide
Equipment I maintain and carry with me:
- ROLF treatment table*
- Rolf bench
*Mobile services only: if you have your own massage table, we may be able to use that. Please set height to 30-32" and remove any face cradles or extensions.
What you need to be prepared
Mobile in-home sessions:
- a clean space to work: 10x10 ft minimum
- temp controlled 75-85º
- bed sheet, blanket and/or thin pillow (optional)
- please manage pets
- easy walking access to work space
- payment (cash, check or Zelle)

Office sessions:

What you need to wear
Please shower prior to your session to ensure your skin is free of moisturizer and fragrance/cologne.
Women
- loose fitting athletic bra - avoid underwire or racerback styles
- spandex shorts or briefs - no g-strings
Men
- spandex shorts or boxer briefs - keep it tidy
Additional options for modesty/comfort (underwear is still required)
- loose fitting cotton/jogging shorts (5" inseam max)
- loose fitting cotton tank top
- robe for bathroom breaks
Please discuss other clothing alternatives with me prior to arrival due to religious requirements or other concerns. Direct access to skin level has a profound advantage. I will often work beneath excess clothing as needed.
When to reschedule
- symptoms of illness w/in 48 hrs
- recent emotional/mental distress
- acute trauma*
- heart conditions/stroke*
*please consult your physician before continuing your sessions in the case of a new injury or diagnosis. The ROLF method does not treat or diagnose any chief complaints. Instead it helps the body to regain structure and verticality in gravity. It is our belief that proper alignment to gravity is what promotes a healthy body.
