WHAT TO WEAR?
Please shower! DON'T USE oils, moisturizer, fragrance, and/or cologne UNTIL AFTER YOUR SESSION.

*Nudity is not appropriate attire
Please discuss other clothing alternatives with me prior to arrival due to religious requirements or other concerns. Direct access to skin level has a profound advantage. I will often work beneath excess clothing as needed.
RESCHEDULING

*please consult your physician before continuing your sessions in the case of a new injury or diagnosis. The ROLF method does not treat or diagnose any chief complaints. Instead it helps the body to regain structure and verticality in gravity. It is our belief that proper alignment to gravity is what promotes a healthy body.
