 Everybody has developed a randomly organized body before receiving Structural Integration much thanks to our modern way of life. 

If you are looking for lasting change, the 10 series is the recommended starting point. Each session addresses a different part of the body to promote the whole. By session 10, the whole body has been facilitated toward a functional structure so you can get back to life or dive deeper down the rabbit hole of fascia work.

Structure determines function and function determines structure. If you don’t want to commit to the timing and purpose of a 10 series, I offer my knowledge and understanding of structural relationships in the body to help you with whatever concerns you might have. This is only sold as a 3 session package and should be viewed as a hands on consultation.  If you are interested in longterm outcomes, please opt for a traditional 10 series.
